AI Webinar Builder — the Whole Funnel, Not Just Slides

A builder that only writes a deck gives you 40% of a webinar funnel. Kronos generates all twelve artefacts, in Assist mode (step by step, you approve each) or Full Build mode (everything, from your brand profile and offer).

The 12 artefacts

1. Topic & Big Domino 2. Titles & promise stack 3. Registration page 4. Confirmation & indoctrination 5. Reminder sequence (email + SMS) 6. Slide-by-slide script 7. Delivery configuration 8. Booking funnel 9. Replay funnel 10. No-show funnel 11. Attended-no-buy funnel 12. Metrics targets

Two close modes — your choice, not a hard-code

CTA to a call (Haynes mode)

The webinar sells the application and the call, never a checkout — the high-ticket pattern from the Jeremy Haynes operating system in Kronos's dataset (framework figures are the author's, labelled CLAIMED in the data).

Stack + checkout (Brunson mode)

The Perfect Webinar structure: Big Domino, Three Secrets breaking the vehicle/internal/external false beliefs, then the Stack with cumulative value restated before the price reveal.

A third influence — Jason Fladlien's objection-handling principles — is encoded as principles only: no public slide-by-slide sequence of his exists to copy, so Kronos does not fabricate one.

Honest evergreen, by design

Live, scheduled-screening and just-in-time formats are all supported — and labelled honestly. Kronos never generates fake live chat, fake attendee counts or resetting countdowns: those are deceptive-practice risks under FTC rules and every ad platform's misrepresentation policy. Deadlines in a Kronos webinar are real and per-registrant (a 72-hour replay expiry is the common default).

The plays

Live high-ticket (Haynes V6)

Structure: Live webinar (Haynes V6) -> application -> sales call

Fits: High-ticket coaching, consulting and services where the close is a sales call

Show rate ~20% for cold paid traffic is a planning default (CLAIMED, Haynes dataset); attendee-to-book 30% (CLAIMED, Haynes dataset)

Perfect Webinar direct-sale (Brunson)

Structure: Perfect Webinar -> Stack -> checkout (low/mid-ticket) or call (high-ticket)

Fits: Low/mid-ticket offers sold direct on the webinar; high-ticket variant closes to a call

No audited conversion rate is published for this framework — see benchmarks.json gaps (CLAIMED framework, ClickFunnels Perfect Webinar guide via report §1.3A)

Evergreen JIT (recording + JIT slots)

Structure: Recording -> just-in-time slot picker (~15 min to next slot) -> booking or checkout

Fits: Proven offers that need registration volume outside live presenter hours

Show rate 55–75% for just-in-time vs 25–40% for fixed weekly slots (CLAIMED, ContentMation single vendor guide)

Scheduled evergreen screening

Structure: Recording -> scheduled screenings (hourly/daily) -> booking or checkout

Fits: Offers needing predictable daily/weekly screening volume with lower urgency than JIT

Show rate 25–40% for fixed weekly slots is the comparison range in the JIT source (CLAIMED, ContentMation)

B2B education to demo (ON24 model)

Structure: Education-first webinar (~45-60 min) -> demo / meeting booking

Fits: B2B SaaS and services where conversion means a meeting booked / MQL

Live show rate 40% (VERIFIED, Goldcast 2026) to 47.7% (VERIFIED, Livestorm 2026); ON24 enterprise programmes 60% (VERIFIED, ON24 2025)

Webinar + application/call (hybrid)

Structure: Webinar (live or evergreen) -> application -> sales call

Fits: High-ticket offers that need qualification before a sales conversation

Call-show floor 70% and close floor 35% are planning floors (CLAIMED, Haynes dataset)
