What is NOT charged extra
- No per-contact fees and no per-message fees — ever.
- No automatic overage billing. When your included AI usage runs out, the AI pauses until the next cycle. It never bills you a surprise.
- No charges for the compliance checker deciding your copy needs a rewrite, no charge per audit fix, no "AI employee" add-on.
- The only optional extra is an AI Credit Pack — a one-time purchase, priced in dollars above, bought only when you choose.
Usage caps and the wallet, in plain dollars
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage (Launch $50 · Growth $125 · Scale $300), metered from the AI engine's own token counts at published per-token prices and shown live in your portal. AI Credit Pack credit goes into a wallet: it spends after the monthly allowance, does not reset monthly, and carries over in full when you upgrade plans. If your subscription ends, the account closes and unused wallet credit is forfeited — stated here, in the checkout acknowledgment, and in the Terms, before you pay.
Cancellation and refunds
All sales are final. No refunds on subscriptions or AI Credit Packs — including unused time, unused AI allowance and unused wallet credit (the only exception is a refund the law requires). You can cancel from your Billing page: cancellation stops the next renewal, your access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and then the portal closes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Kronos never sees or stores your card number. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
