Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Kronos Sales AI collects, how it is used, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address, and the account details you provide when you sign up and subscribe.
• Brand profiles and content you enter or upload: business and brand details, offers, copy, files, and other content you enter or upload into the app.
• Prompts and AI outputs: the prompts you submit and the AI-generated responses returned for you.
• Usage and metering logs: records of how you use the service, including token and AI usage metering used to apply your plan's AI usage cap, feature use, and related technical logs.
• Stripe payment data: your Stripe subscription ID, Stripe payer email, and payment status, which we store to operate your subscription.

Kronos Sales AI does NOT receive or store full card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy and user agreement. When you subscribe, you pay on Stripe's secure checkout, and Stripe handles your payment credentials.

2. How we use data

We use the data above to provide and operate the service, generate the funnel content you request, apply your plan's AI usage allowance, manage your subscription and billing status, provide support, protect the service against abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party AI service providers — our AI sub-processors

Third-party AI service providers act as AI sub-processors for Kronos Sales AI. To generate responses, your prompts, brand details, and uploaded content are sent to an AI service provider, and the provider returns AI output for you. We do not sell your content, and your content is sent only so the service can generate the responses you request.

As our AI provider's stated practice under its commercial terms: the provider does not train its models on customer content sent through its API. Also as the provider's stated practice, API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted within 30 days, except where content is flagged under the provider's usage policies or where retention is legally required.

Do not enter or upload personal data about other people, or sensitive information, into prompts or content unless you have a lawful basis and the rights needed to share it for processing in this way.

4. Stripe — payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and uses payment information under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive and store only the subscription information described above — Stripe subscription ID, payer email, and payment status — so we can provide, pause, or end access according to your subscription.

5. Sharing data

We share data only as needed to operate the service: with third-party AI service providers to generate AI responses, with Stripe to process subscriptions, with service providers that host or support the service under instructions from us, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising as described below.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies only — cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate your session securely. We do not describe any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies in this policy.

7. Retention

We keep account, content, and subscription records for as long as your account is active and as needed afterwards to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, meet legal, tax, and accounting duties, and maintain billing and suppression records. Usage and metering logs are kept as needed to apply plan caps and protect the service. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to the AI provider and Stripe retention described above, which is controlled by those providers.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted connections in transit, and limiting access to data to those who need it to operate the service. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights: access, correction, and deletion

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your personal data. Some records may need to be kept where required by law, for billing and dispute records, or to enforce our terms. To make a request, contact us as described in the Contact section below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information, as "sell" and "share" are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no separate do-not-sell-or-share action you need to take with us. You may still submit access, correction, or deletion requests as described above.

11. Age

Kronos Sales AI is for users aged 18 and over and for business use. It is not directed to children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give notice, for example through the service or by email, where reasonably practicable.
