Sample Funnel Package — High-Ticket Book-a-Call

SAMPLE — not a customer result. The business below is fictional and the package is published so you can judge Kronos's output quality before you buy. Figures are planning ranges with their sources and labels; nothing here promises or implies a result.

1. Strategy one-pager

Motion: high-ticket book-a-call. Sample business (fictional): "NorthPeak Coaching" — a $4,800, 12-week business-coaching programme sold on a call. ICP: owners of service businesses doing $20k–$80k/month who sell by conversation. Funnel map: Advantage+ Leads campaign → short application page → conditional calendar → confirmation + pre-call nurture → call → no-show recovery → 30–90-day long nurture + retargeting.

Stage planning ranges (all CLAIMED, operator-reported — 2026 deepening study §2a): click→application 5–20%; page→booked call 3–6% on VSL-style pages; show rate 50–70% cold traffic; close on held calls 20–40%. Budget split (CLAIMED practitioner starting point): 70/20/10 proven/testing/retargeting. Optimisation event: Booked/Qualified CRM stages fed back via Conversions API — never the raw lead. Vertical gate: not a Special Ad Category (business coaching is not housing/employment/financial products); earnings-claim rules apply at full strength — no income claims anywhere in this package.

2. Campaign blueprint

One Advantage+ Leads campaign (budget, audience and placements on; creative is the targeting in the Andromeda era), two ad sets (broad prospecting; warm engagers 365-day), 6–9 diversified ads across three concepts. Hard controls kept manual: location, minimum age 18, language, custom-audience exclusions of existing customers. Detailed-targeting exclusions no longer exist and no play in this package uses them.

Learning math: at a $100/day test budget and a planning CPL of $40 (CLAIMED planning figure for high-ticket coaching — no large-sample benchmark exists; flagged as a gap, not filled), the campaign produces ~17–18 leads/week — below the ~50 optimisation events/week needed to exit learning on the Lead event (VERIFIED, Meta help). The blueprint therefore optimises to the Qualified stage only after CRM feedback is flowing, starts on the higher-volume PageView→ApplicationComplete step, and states the trade-off plainly instead of pretending the math works.

3. Ad set — three concepts

Concept 1 — Founder direct (UGC-style video, 9:16 1440×2560 master + 4:5 crop, captions on). Hook (first 3 seconds): "Your calendar isn't the problem — your offer page is." Primary text: "NorthPeak is a 12-week coaching programme for service-business owners who sell by conversation. Structured offer work, pricing work, and a booking system you run yourself. Applications open for the November cohort." Headline: "12-Week Coaching Programme — Applications Open". CTA: Apply Now.

Concept 2 — Mechanism (carousel, 4:5). Cards: the problem (referral-dependent pipeline) → the mechanism (offer, page, booking, nurture) → who it is NOT for → the programme structure → Apply. Primary text names the stages and the work, with no outcome figures.

Concept 3 — Proof-led (static + short video). Uses only programme facts (curriculum, cohort size, schedule) and one documented testimonial held in the Claims Registry with its typicality note (registry ref shown in the compliance report below). No earnings figure appears — in ads, earnings claims are BLOCKED by the rule set regardless of substantiation format limits (T-04).

Testing rotation: one variable per test cell (hook OR format OR offer); winners promoted into the consolidated campaign; 20–30% of budget reserved for new-ad testing (Meta ASC guidance, VERIFIED); weekly new launches.

4. Landing / application page

Headline: "A 12-week programme for owners who sell by conversation." Sections: the problem in the reader's terms (no attribute assertions) → the mechanism, stage by stage → programme structure and schedule → who it is NOT for → price ($4,800, stated — price parity with the ads, rule U-04) → application (7 qualifying questions: business type, team size, current sales motion, timing, budget range as ranges the applicant picks, contact details — no C-01 fields: no income figure, no credit data, no health or ID fields) → page furniture: business identity + contact, privacy policy, terms, refund policy.

5. Lead form + consent artefact

The application lives on the business's own site; contact fields use standard inputs, and the consent artefact ships with the package: an unchecked box reading "Email and text me about my application and the programme (automated messages may be used). Message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out." — with the exact wording, timestamp and contact stored at submission. The nurture sequence below is generated only against that artefact (rule D-01).

6. Booking + pre-call nurture

Approved applicants see the calendar (conditional logic); declined applicants get a resource page, not a dead end. Confirmation page sets expectations and carries a pre-call asset. Reminders at −24h / −3h / −15m (email + SMS under the consent artefact; every SMS identifies the sender and carries "Reply STOP to opt out", scheduled 8am–9pm recipient-local). No-show recovery: missed-call detection → same-day rebook message → 3-touch sequence → back into long nurture.

7. Long nurture + retargeting

30–90-day email sequence (teaching, programme mechanics, cohort dates that are real). Retargeting ladders: video viewers 25/50/75/95% with escalating proof; page engagers 365-day. Retargeting copy never reveals why the viewer is seeing it (rule F-01).

8. Compliance report for this package

Per-artefact scan (ruleset 2026-10-27-final-1): ads — clean (one WARN acknowledged: style excess in a draft hook, rewritten); application page — clean; lead form — C-01 check passed, C-04 furniture present; nurture — D-01 consent artefact attached, D-02 STOP + quiet hours present; retargeting — F-01 clean. One PROOF item: the Concept-3 testimonial — held until the registry entry (real customer record + permission + typicality note) was attached; shown here as registry ref SAMPLE-REG-001.

Before (a draft hook the builder rejected): "Coaches: still struggling to get clients? Make $10k months on autopilot — guaranteed! Only 3 spots left!!" — fires U-01 (attribute-directed question), U-02/T-04 (earnings guarantee), U-03 (unbound scarcity). After (the rewrite that shipped): "A 12-week coaching programme with structured offer and pricing work. Individual results vary. Applications for the November cohort close 31 Oct." — the violation is removed, not disguised: no attribute assertion, no earnings claim, a real deadline.

9. Measurement plan

Events: PageView, ApplicationComplete, Qualified, Booked, Held, Closed — Pixel + CAPI with the same event_name + event_id, 48-hour dedup window (VERIFIED via Meta developer docs summaries); EMQ checked weekly (target ≥6.0 floor, CLAIMED practitioner targets above it). UTM/CRM stages mirror the event names (neutral names only — rule U-10). Audit cadence: weekly, in the ranked order — signal, policy, structure, creative, offer/page, budget. Kill/scale rules: a concept is killed on hook rate under 20% after a fair test budget (CLAIMED threshold); winners scale in ~10–20% budget steps (CLAIMED).

Planning figures in this sample are labelled CLAIMED/VERIFIED with sources in the 2026 deepening study; benchmark medians cited anywhere in Kronos come from WordStream / LocaliQ Facebook Ads Benchmarks 2026 (US leads campaigns, n=452) and are labelled "benchmark, not a promise". This sample promises no result.
