Accessibility Statement

What we do to make Kronos Sales AI usable by everyone, where we know we fall short, and how to report a barrier.

1. Our commitment

We aim for Kronos Sales AI to be usable by everyone, and we work toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the site and the customer portal. Accessibility is a continuing effort, not a finished state, and this statement says plainly where we stand.

2. What we build in

• Text set at readable sizes with line spacing chosen for legibility, on both phone and desktop layouts.
• Layouts that reflow at phone width instead of shrinking desktop pages, with labelled, stacked tables.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators and labelled form controls and navigation.
• Headings and landmarks structured so pages can be navigated by assistive technology.

3. Known limitations

Some downloadable documents and sample files may not yet be fully accessible. If you need any page, document, or sample in another format, contact us and we will provide it another way.

4. Reporting a barrier

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site or in the portal, tell us at ceo@exitmysolardeal.com — say which page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 business days, provide the information another way in the meantime, and fix the barrier in the product.
