Compliance Before/After — the §6.8 Worked Example, Expanded

SAMPLE — not a customer result. The business below is fictional and the package is published so you can judge Kronos's output quality before you buy. Figures are planning ranges with their sources and labels; nothing here promises or implies a result.

Three artefact types, each showing the rules fired, the rewrite Kronos produces, and why the rewrite removes the violation instead of disguising it. Disguised rewrites (leetspeak, homoglyphs, text-in-image tricks) are themselves prohibited — they are on the never-produce list.

1. The ad

Before: "Struggling with belly fat? Lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks — guaranteed! Only 3 spots left!!"
Rules fired: U-01 (attribute-directed question — "Struggling with belly fat?" asserts the viewer's body), T-05/U-02 (timed weight-loss claim + guarantee), U-03 ("only 3 spots" bound to no real capacity).
After: "A 12-week coaching programme with structured nutrition and training plans. Individual results vary; see typical member outcomes. Now enrolling for the November cohort — enrolment closes 31 Oct."
Why it works: the copy describes the programme, not the viewer; the outcome promise is gone (a typicality pointer replaces it, attached as PROOF in the Claims Registry); the deadline is real and dated.

2. The landing-page headline

Before: "Dentists hate this one trick — double your patients in 30 days or it's free!"
Rules fired: U-08 (clickbait — "one trick", withheld substance), U-02 (specific outcome + timeframe promise), T-04 (results claim with no registry entry or typicality).
After: "A booking system for dental practices: online scheduling, reminders that cut no-shows, and a recall list that brings lapsed patients back."
Why it works: it names the mechanism and the features — things the page can prove — and drops the invented conflict and the promised multiple.

3. The nurture SMS

Before: "Hey!! Your spot expires in 10 minutes — reply YES now or lose your consultation forever [two fire emoji]"
Rules fired: U-03 (a per-recipient resetting deadline), D-01/D-02 (no consent artefact referenced, no sender identification, no STOP), U-08 (style excess).
After: "NorthPeak Coaching: your application review is booked for Thu 10:30am. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." — sent only to contacts with the consent artefact on file, inside 8am–9pm recipient-local.
Why it works: a real appointment (a real value the deadline binds to), an identified sender, a working opt-out, and a consent record behind it.
